MBS HaSI - Stockpile Simulation

The visualization is based on

• stacker and reclaimer control system data  (geographic co-ordinates / throughput)

• data from the belt weigher / fuels, transaction data

• quality data from logistics / analytics

MBS HaSi simulates the stockpile exactly with the help of a physical model. The simulation provides a precise model of reality showing the exact shape and content of the stockpiles. Additionally, historical data can be analyzed and future material movements can be planned. The system sends predetermined stacker and reclaimer programs to the automation control system of the stockpile equipment which executes the programs independently and automatically.
