UKIS is a web-based solution platform for enterprise content management, document management, event management, plant control systems, product and facility documentation. UKIS provides all necessary documents and data immediately in the right location and in the right context.

UKIS was developed to overcome hurtles created by different platforms, applications and data formats and to guarantee a universal flow of information. Individual information is recorded in UKIS, then linked and managed - from the digitilization per scanner and the data takeover from applications such as SAP and MS office, to the management of documents up to archiving in observance of the compliance regulations.
