Object Classes

The concept of object classes is an important extension of the information retrieval and navigation capabilities of UKIS.

These objects contain information such as attributes, data sources, pictures and documents. They have a classification and are placed in a superordinate object class structure. The UKIS object classes manage all information that is necessary to form the different information units.

These units may contain documents, but there are also objects that are not associated with any documents at all. UKIS generates automatically all entry screens, search screens and query result listings.
